I painted this one Christmas when I was at my parents house and there was a lot of fruit around. I have a phobia to fruit so there is rarely any near me or in my flat, but I can’t help being attracted to the colours and textures. I sometimes wonder if I enjoy painting fruit because it gives me a sense of control over it.
